The Accidental Business - Part II - Solving the Unemployment Crisis
In the state of today's unstable economy unemployment is a rampant problem. Hearing of men and women getting fired is not uncommon. Naturally a lot of people fear losing their jobs. But nothing stirs up people's fears a lot more than unemployment bankruptcy. Filing for unemployment bankruptcy can certainly function as springboard to get your life back on track.
Principle #1 - Maintain a positive attitude.
I know it's tough to keep positive within this stressful time. I've been there before. You have to remind yourself that there is a job around in your case, you just have to find it. Just because one employer couldn't purchase from you, does not imply that there isn't one out there who can. Keep repeating positive affirmations to yourself. When you keep a positive attitude it is going to show when you go on interviews.
When thinking about school, one of many fears is approximately how you can pay for it given that there is little or no money to arrive. When I started the vehicle my little speech in my head was very much about "goodbye." When I turned my car off my speech had become a plan of action about staying and growing the guts into that little dream those board members had. As I sat there considering just the best way this shift had happened, when, I remarked that God's plan was for me to stay and do this and over that, I wanted to make it happen. 실업급여 ì‹ ì²ë°©ë²• He'd organized the plan in me during that 15 minute drive and I knew what I was there to accomplish.
One of the big differences I see between previously and today is the elevated unemployment rate has lasted longer these times. Where there were two 9+ unemployment rate years in the 80′s, we're deep into our third year now. And, something that concerns me is always that a lot of the people who have lost their tasks are now lacking the relevant skills important to re-enter the workforce. Add to this the push to streamline and maximize productivity through the current workforce through innovation and increased technology and it begins to seem like the unemployment rate could remain elevated for a long time.
